If an applet does not deal with an event (specifically key presses for vol/pause/fwd/rew) these should fall though to SlimBrowser so that the user can control the player even while using another applet.

Triode, did you discuss this yet anywhere in the developer forum?  It sounds like a good idea to me but there may be a downside I can't imagine.
