Description Wallace Lai 2007-08-30 09:51:00 UTC
System Info: Dell, Optiplex GX620, XP SP2 ENU

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download today's 7.0a1 build and install it. (Today is 2007-08-30.)
2. Install it and play an mp3 track of 16 bits, 8000 sampling rate, mono, and 440 Hz tone. This track is 10 seconds.
3. Instead of 10 seconds, it played about 10.14 seconds. That is over 10 percents more. Normally, this tracks played about 10.07 seconds. Only a little bit longer than 10. This is the first time it played this long.
