I've already done this ten days back (http://svn.slimdevices.com/trunk/platforms/win32/installer/SlimServer.iss?rev=12558&view=rev) - do you still see it in the installer (I only have the Mac with me, will test later)

While the installer does still set a default value (Windows "My Music" folder), it doesn't ask for it anymore.
