There is no way of telling slimserver to prefer files for the cover art over ID3 tags.

There might be uses for this. (I actually have one, because Slimserver isn't the only software I use for MP3 listening.)

Attached is a suggested patch.

I introduced a new boolean preference: coverPreferFile
When set to 1, Slimserver will look for cover files (e.g. cover.jpg) first and only try the tags if no file is found.

I have not integrated the preference into the web configuration page. Since this is a quite advanced option, I don't know whether that is necessary.
