Dell, Optiplex GX620, XP SP2 ENU

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  On a clean ghost of XP SP2 ENU, install the official release build of SlimServer 6.5.1.
2.  Install today's 7.0a1 over it.  (Today is 2007-08-22.)
3.  SlimServer would not auto start.
4.  Reboot PC.  SlimServer would not auto start.
5.  Type slim.exe --logfile SlimStartLog.txt.  Here is the message:
