7.0a1 Cannot play the following OGG files.

Note: This bug is mean to consolidate several bugs written about 7.0a1 cannot stream certain types OGG files. Steps to Reproduce: 1. On a clean ghost of Vista SP0 ENU, install SlimServer 7.0a1. 2. Start SlimServer. 3. Play some OGG tracks. 4. Notice the following OGG tracks do not play: OGG, 16 bits, 8000 sampling rate,mono, 440 Hz tone OGG, 16 bits, 11025 sampling rate,mono, 440 Hz tone OGG, 16 bits, 12000 sampling rate,mono, 440 Hz tone OGG, 16 bits, 16000 sampling rate,mono, 440 Hz tone OGG, 16 bits, 22050 sampling rate,mono, 440 Hz tone OGG, 16 bits, 24000 sampling rate,mono, 440 Hz tone OGG, 16 bits, 32000 sampling rate,mono, 440 Hz tone OGG, 16 bits, 44100 sampling rate,mono, 440 Hz tone OGG, 16 bits, 48000 sampling rate,mono, 440 Hz tone OGG, 16 bits, 88200 sampling rate,mono, 440 Hz tone OGG, 16 bits, 88200 sampling rate,stereo, 440 Hz tone OGG, 16 bits, 96000 sampling rate,mono, 440 Hz tone OGG, 16 bits, 96000 sampling rate,stereo, 440 Hz tone All stereo track are playin gfine until it gets to 88200 and 96000 sampling rate.

These tracks get a 'Decoder does not support file format' error from the player. This must be a firmware bug or an error in the encoded data.
