System Info:  Hardware Independent
OSes:  Vista, XP

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Download SlimServer_runk_v2007-07-30.exe.
2.  Install it.
3.  Try to start SlimServer afterward.
4.  Notice SlimServer does not start.  The tooltips on SlimTray keeps saying it is starting.

yesterday's nightly build was broken. I only wrote this to the devs group in campfire. Where should I have sent it to let you know?

The issue should be fixed in tonight's build. Change 12446 - 12448

Verified the fix with the builds from the last two days on both XP and Vista.  Bug as written is no longer seen.  SlimServer 7.0a1 starts just fine.
Regressed by going through streamming tests and checking the tags.
Marking as verified.
