I have a customer with Rhapsody account. When she connects to Rhapsody from the Squeezebox with the shuffle option enabled, the SqueezeBox would not shuffle her music. The SqueezeBox would play the current song in the current album repeatedly. So far the customer is trying shuffle by albums.

We emailed Andy about this issue and he confirmed this bug.
