From a submenu of the settings mode, if you pop back, the lines are temporarily
missing for the scroll function.  This is because the settings mode itself does
not have any lines associated with it since it jumps into INPUT.List upon entry.
Popping right means we go into settings mode, then push to INPUT.List before the
lines appear.

the same things happens in the snow screensaver plugin.

the cause of this is popModeRight in the setMode.  Since the ExitHandler takes
care of the animation already, it just needs a popMode. I'll patch that tonight
for settings, snow, and search.

There are 536 bugs in the database with targets of '---' that were fixed prior to new year 2006.  I am setting them to targets of 6.2.1 to keep them from showing up in my queries.
