Issue found by translators testing Hebrew version of SlimServer. Using either May 12 or May 13 2007 version.

Michael H suggested deferring to post-6.5.2. Reassign to Michael H.

URLs are often ridiculously long.  It happens.

Probably applies to all languages.  no reason we couldn't make the forms as wide as the frame. 
or, are we suggesting that only Hebrew users are really that fussy about being able to see the whole url?

It's probably worse for them as there's another ltr/rtl issue here. They only see the end of a string, not the beginning...

We'll review the various UIs again once HE is officially supported.
