System Info:
Gateway, P4, 2.0 GHz, 1.25 GB of RAM, Vista SP0 ENU
SlimServer Version:  6.5.2 - 11801, build 2007-04-24
Perl Version:  5.8.8 MSWin32-x86-multi-thread
MySQL Version:  5.0.22-community-nt

Step:
1.  On a clean ghost of Vista SP0 ENU, install SlimServer 6.5.2, build 2007-04-24.
2.  Start SlimServer.  Start Web UI.
3.  Play some songs.
4.  Close Web UI.  Stop SlimServer.
5.  Reboot PC.
6.  Start SlimServer.  Start Web UI.
7.  Play some songs.
8.  Close  Web UI.
9.  From SlimTray icon, stop SlimServer.
10.  Notice an error message box pops up, saying "Running StopService on MySQL failed.  GetStatus CurrentSTate=4."
11.  Please see attached screen shot.

Work Around:
Click OK on this MsgBox.  Continue to use Vista.  Nothing seems to be broken.

Changed the Target to 7.0.  It maybe too dangerous so late in the release cycle for 6.5.2.  If disagree, please let me know.

This is likely to be due to Vista UAC - do you see the same thing with 6.5 nightlies 29th April onwards?

I'll own this one for now. I'm seeing this too, sounds like Triode has something in mind for this...

I'm not seeing this any more, I'm going to mark this as works for me. Feel free to re-open if anyone notices this again.

This bug is being closed since it was resolved for a version which is now released!  Please download the new version of SqueezeCenter (formerly SlimServer) at http://www.slimdevices.com/su_downloads.html

If you are still seeing this bug, please re-open it and we will consider it for a future release.
