System Info:  Gateway, P4, 2.0 GHz, 1.25 GB of RAM, Vista SP0 ENU
SlimServer Version:  6.5.2, build 2007-04-17

Steps:
1.  Start SlimServer.
2.  Start the web interface.
3.  Go to the Dark skin.
4.  Add a few songs to the PlayList.
5.  Notice there is no "Up" nor "Down" button on the PlayList.
6.  It would be nice to have them as in other skins.  It makes rearraging the order the songs played much easier.

merged to 6.5.2 at change 11817
and trunk at change 11818.
please reopen if issues remain.

Verified the fix on 6.5.2, build 2007-04-25, which is version 11818.  Bug as written is no longer seen.  Marking as VERIFED.  Closing.
Ran regression tests on other functions in PlayList.  Nothing seems to be broken because of this fix.

Dark skin is really cool.  Colors and everything are very striking and attractive.
