I am requesting an option to use the user selected fade/crossfade when skipping >> to next song, instead of abruptly stopping the current song and starting the next one. This will make for a much more natural, pleasant sounding transition to a new song. A side benefit would be that it would allow a user to easily sample and test the different crossfade options and durations when deciding which setting he or she prefers. You could add it's own fade selection rather than using the existing one, so it would not need to match the normal one.
