Description Dan Evans 2007-03-22 15:59:27 UTC
(reference ticket # 070321-003080)

From customer: "iTunes encoded files play but XLD encoded files do not. He will send us a file for testing." He has Mac OS 10.4, Slimserver 6.5.1.

He sent in a file and I found the same results here, testing on:

 * Windows XP, iTunes 6.0.5 and Slimserver 6.5.1 (build 11206)
 * Mac OS 10.4, iTunes 7.1.1 and Slimserver 6.5.1 (build 11206)

Sounds like a duplicate of Bug 4203. I suggest the customer try the nightly or replace the ALAC decoder with a newer one.
