I wasn't able to reproduce this bug. Steven can you have a try?
I will take a look.
Given the other report about fishbone panes not responding, any my feeling that there is something getting stuck with the http server, then I think this may be at play here too. The home link is a very simple static link which you can view if you right click and select properties (just to be sure the page has loaded the correct html). If that link is failing, then there is something stuck. try d_http if you are able to reproduce this at some point.
Wallace, next time you see this bug, please have a closer look at IE. Did IE give a 404 message indicating the server wasn't found? What was on the screen (if anything)? If you right click on the screen and select 'view source' was there a partial web page? Turning on d_http and d_source debugging might prove educational as well.
Unable to reproduce with 6.5.2, build 2007-04-24.
Wallace, do you want to leave this open for now while you keep an eye out for it, or mark it as resolved WORKSFORME?
It is better to close it for now. Will keep eyes open for this bug. Marking as WORKSFORME. By the way, there was no error message of any kind. It just did not go "Home".
Closing for now. Will keep close watch for it. Bear in mind this was an intermittent bug. Unable to reproduce right now does not mean it is gone.
