System Info:  Gateway, P4, 2.00 GYHz, 256 MB of RAM, XP SP2 ENU
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  On a clean ghost of XP SP2 ENU, install SlimServer 6.5.2, build 2007-03-19.
2.  Start SlimServer.  Start SlimServer' web page.
3.  Click "Server Settings".
4.  Notice sometimes IE tries but fails to get into that page.

Work Around:
1.  Close IE.  Shutdown Slim.exe in the TaskManager.
2.  Start SlimServer again.  Start the web interface again.
3.  Try to get into ServerSettings.  Sometimes it works.
4.  If it does not, repeat these steps several times.
 
Note:  This user was trying to turn on some logging functions.  As such, there is no log file to show here.

I wasn't able to reproduce this, instead I discovered bug 4843. Steven maybe you could give this a try?

I was also not able to reproduce with the nightly. I am going to mark as worksforme.

Fixed in 6.5.2, which is now released and available for download at http://www.slimdevices.com/su_downloads.html
