Description tomer maoz 2007-03-20 17:08:09 UTC
When customer using the Random songs option under Random mix in Slimserver he get a list of song on the right side of the page. every time that a song end, the plugin will add a new song to the bottom of the list, keeping all the time 10 song ahead of the song that play currently.
the issue happen when the customer stop the player and shutdown the computer, then he turn on the computer and open Slimserver, in that point he will see the page of Slimserver the same way it was before he shutdown the computer with all the song list and he can start playing the songs again from the list song he play before he shutdown the computer but the random songs page does not adding more songs to the end of the list.
the customer can play the songs on the list but to keep running in random mix he will have to click on random songs again and that will clear the list and start a new one repeating the songs he already listen too before he shutdown the computer.

Is this a Bug in the software or a feature request?

Tomer, it appears that this is by design and would be an enhancement request. In fact it looks like Bug 3297 covers this so I am going to mark this as a duplicate.
