Description Tom Armitage 2004-08-04 20:17:24 UTC
I installed slimserver 5.3.0b1 from slimserver-5.3.0-b1-1.noarch.rpm (running redhat 9.0), and upon
restarting the UI of the player came up with Large text instead of Small text as default.

Pressing and holding the "brightness" button on the remote control worked and the upgrade to version
31 proceeded normally (upgraded from version 29).

Upon restarting the player UI again defaulted to Large text, but changing the text size using the "size"
button still worked. However changing the text size through the settings menu on the player UI
seemed inverted. ie setting it to Small resulted in Large text and vice versa.

This inversion applies for both the Normal text size and and Standby text size settings in the menu.

this shoudl fix the problem with the old displays. new graphic display, the
player UI setting for textsize isn't really applicable any more as there isn't
just small and large. I had a patch to make this work before, but I'll have to
redo it.

should be fixed as of Aug 6 build

There are 536 bugs in the database with targets of '---' that were fixed prior to new year 2006. I am setting them to targets of 6.2.1 to keep them from showing up in my queries.

Routine bug db maintenance; removing old versions which cause confusion. I apologize for the inconvenience.
