Split off from Bug 4685.

On vista-64, slimtray reports Slimserver is not running when it actually is.

The workaround is just to use your browser and manually enter the slimserver url: http://localhost:9000

Is this a dupe of bug 4685 (which claims to be fixed)?  Ross, could you try this and see if it still happens?  Thanks!

Yes this is no longer a problem with 6.5.2 or 7.0 on Vista 64. Verified.
