This was originally bug 1026 reopen, but the problems is more specific to tracks cut with the pcutmp3 tool.

This bug is fixed in firmware 75. It is currently undergoing internal testing. You will be notified again when it is made part of a nightly release.

As speculated on the forums this was due to the long encoder delay used by the pcutmp3 tool.

appears to have been fixed at change 11414 for 6.5.2 and change 11412 for trunk.  please reopen if this is incorrect or if any issues remain. (call me obssessive about cleaning bugzilla :)

Fixed in 6.5.2, which is now released and available for download at http://www.slimdevices.com/su_downloads.html
