Description David MacDonald 2007-01-21 08:25:40 UTC
If I try and use playlists created by m3Uedit which produces m3u playlists they don't seem to be recognized by slimserver. Sometimes these playlists appear empty, sometimes only one song is recognized and sometime the whole playlist is there.

SlimServer Version: 6.5.1 - 11206 - Windows XP - EN - cp1252

same problem with 6.5.0
Have no problem with playing Playlists on Foobar 2000 except, after trying to play off of squeezebox several times from both player and web the playlist may disappear and be replaced with empty file(happened once). Usually I am able to play on Foobar even after trying on squeezebox.

Not exactly the solution I wanted but have a temporary fix. M3U Playlist saved in M3UEdit plays in Foobar2000 but not on squeezebox, so I resaved the playlist with Foobar to my playlist directory. Still Slimserver will not recognize playlist from web interface initially but when I tried from player it worked. I prefer to make some of my playlists from the computer, I guess I will just use Foobar now and if editing is done with M3UEdit, hope it still works.
