Description Andrew Hunt 2007-01-12 08:27:46 UTC
Allow provision of Last.fm account details via the website, and selection of Last.fm stations via SqueezeNetwork Internet Radio.
Comment 1 Jez Hildred 2007-01-12 09:26:55 UTC
Passed to Logitech BizDev to contact Last.FM about a formal relationship and therefore enable a tighter integration.
Comment 2 John V 2007-01-23 10:00:25 UTC
I can't imagine any squeezebox user not wanting last.fm support...it's a no brainer enhancement in my book.

On a different note...
I would appreciate it if someone would maintain a list of NAS servers that can support slimserver without having to do any major firmware modifications. So you can access NAS based files without having to have a computer turned on.

Jez are you still working on this, or has it passed to Julien?
Comment 4 KDF 2007-04-24 23:41:55 UTC
John, a list of NAS servers is a good thing to add to the wiki. Anyone can start it, preferrably those with NAS devices in use. Best to start with a discussion on the forum where you may find other interested contributors.

That would really rocks. More and more people want to listen to their music on SqueezeBox whithout a PC thx to MP3Tunes. LastFM is something really easy to put in Squeezenetwork as the plugin for slimserver works well (and I've been explained that Sueezenetwork is nohting else than a slimserver running remotely).

Maybe a commercial problem with Pandora ?

Will review the outstanding SN bugs after 7.0 ships.
Comment 7 KDF 2008-06-16 11:56:31 UTC
for the record, change 20606 added this feature to SC, availble in the 7.1 nightly builds where the country selection for SN allows (US/UK/DE)
