My alarms no longer activate. The player is not activated
at the proscribed time, and nothing is loaded (Natural Sounds).

1) please contact support to confirm/diagnose the bug before filing a bug lacking in more detailed symptoms, and having ruled out the simple error cases.
2) please do not preset targets. these are for internal use while tracking AFTER review.  setting undef to flag for review.

3) since you mention natural sounds, I'll assume you meant to file this under squeezenetwork.
