Description Dan Evans 2006-12-13 10:43:34 UTC
If you look in Server Settings > File Types there are two entries that mention "Apple Lossless". One for Alac and one for Mov123. Dean suggests we should remove the obsoleted entry. (he asked I open this bug)
Comment 1 Chris Owens 2007-10-22 10:10:08 UTC
Dean states this is not a bug. If anyone believes otherwise please let us know.
Comment 2 Dan Evans 2007-10-22 10:24:14 UTC
Bug or not, it's still confusing. If someone wanted to go into Settings and change the "Apple Lossless" file types settings there's not indication of which is the correct set. Re-wording the mov123 entry would still be helpful.
Comment 3 Blackketter Dean 2007-10-22 10:26:44 UTC
There shouldn't be an mov123 entry anymore. Is there?
Comment 4 Dan Evans 2007-10-22 10:32:45 UTC
In 7.0, under Settings > Advanced > File Types ... there is an entry for "Apple Lossless" (alac) and also an entry for "Apple AAC, Lossless or Movie File" (mov123)
Comment 5 Blackketter Dean 2007-10-22 10:49:45 UTC
I see. The word "lossless" should be removed from the longer setting, as that setting no longer does that file type.
