tags and no album

Hi, I am wondering if it is possible to have songs that do not have an album tag filled in appear directly under the artist instead of first 'no album' or something? so when no album info is avalable, have browsing behave like artist-song instead of artist-album-song when browsing by album there could be a container 'singles' - artists - songs?
So in addition to album names, you would want artist names in the same list (for that artist's tracks that have no album name set)? Just trying to make sure I understand.
Chris, Not what i meant I think. Let me elaborate a bit on this. When you browse though a collection: 1. starting from 'artist' next list is album (by that artist) and next is tracks.. how about changing this so tracks that have no album tag just appear directly below the artist OR default to a special 'album' container 'singles' or 'misc' or something? 2. starting from 'album'next in the list is tracks on that album.. how about leaving this as it is and just ignoring the no album tracks, OR having these contained similar to the various artists option as 'singles' or 'misc' on top of the browsing menu
Will consider post 7.0
If tagging is set up correctly, enhancement (1) already exists. Go to Aritists->[Artist]->No Album. You may have some setting that means you see all artist songs with No Album grouped only as one mega Various Aritists->No Album. I would not like to see all singles expanded directly under an Artist (at the same level as albums), as this would make finding albums particularly awkward. Eg. If I have a Tori Amos album called Little Earthquakes, and a single called Little Earthquakes with no album tag set, I would have two items called Little Earthquakes to display in the list of things under Tori Amos. You could try Erland's Custom Browse plugin - this provides several different alternative ways to browse the music library, including a "Singles" menu.
Unassigned bugs cannot have a priority.
