the browsecontrols in cmdwrappers is modified in Default to handle upnp browse.  This mod is not found in any toher skin, thus no other skin can properly support rhapsody browsing.  patch to come..

this appears to handle most skins (save for ExBrowse3)
I can't test very well, as twonky only runs for a few minutes at a time with the trial version, and I can't be sure it is behaving exactly as Rhapsody would.

missed the moser controls

first one missed the item.* adds to make it work for the moser controls.

and now with the right nokia770 controls

more testing reveals that nokia770 uses browsecontrols_abbr, so had to mod those instead of the standard browsecontrols.
