Description Chris Owens 2006-10-11 08:48:34 UTC
Split off from bug 3902. The remaining issue is that the user can't seem to see his existing playlists.

Grayson, what program did you use to create the playlists? Could I get you to attach one of them to the bug? Thanks.

oops, looks like this was pilot error after all. for anyone encountering the same problem, i'll explain the cause and solution (for my case anyway).

my playlists that weren't being recognized had the following format for each line-item in the playlist:
\\Nas1\Media\Music\....

i simply needed to correct the lines in the playlist (by simple "replace all" in a text editor) to the following format:
/c/Media/Music/....

and now everything is hunky-dory. thanks to chris and all for the support!

p.s. i'm not sure why bugzilla doesn't give me an option to change the status to "resolved", but the issue certainly is resolved for my part. never was a bug; just pilot error.

Sadly bugzilla's options for closing a bug that doesn't need fixing are all vaguely insulting, but there we go.

This bug is being closed since it was resolved for a version which is now released! Please download the new version of SqueezeCenter (formerly SlimServer) at http://www.slimdevices.com/su_downloads.html

If you are still seeing this bug, please re-open it and we will consider it for a future release.
