can't seem to find another way to get sb2/3 to output the full amplitude sine wave in firmware 66.  used to be pressing 3 on the remote while on the splash displays would give you a sine wave...  can we put this back in?

Do you know what this is about, Richard?  I admit I'm not familiar with the function Kevin mentions.

In theory, at boot time if you hold down the following buttons do  
useful things:

ADD - Factory reset
1   - Program Xilinx
2   - Factory test mode
3   - Audio sine test

3 works on my transporter, but not on my sb3 with fw66.

This bug is fixed in squeezebox firmware 67 / transporter firwmare 22. It is currently undergoing internal testing. You will be notified again when it is made part of a nightly release.
