I click on delete and it says that it's deleted, but if I refresh the list, the player comes back.

the player isn't connected, in fact, its mac address has been changed.

The player needs to be connected in order to delete it.  Deletes are done by the service not the website.  This was done to solve a previous bug, but I can't recall which one.

Fixed.  The modified forgetClient code removed the client before the 'client disconnect' notification had a chance to go out.

This bug has been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeNetwork!
