summary says it all.  This includes:

Live365
MoodLogic
MusicMagic
RandomPlay

ML and MM do have non-EN tempaltes that get installed, but this can be done AFTER deleting old files.

it might even be worth just deleting any old core plugin right off the bat.

This is the likely cause of bug 4168, but witing for user feedback to close it as a dupe of this one.

How big of an issue is this?

The Live365 issue was something else..

Dean doesn't want to unlink() anything. And I'm planning on revamping plugins completely for 7.0

upgrading from 6.3.1, randomPlay template shows numerical indices for Default skin.
ML mixes will fail from web ui for Fishbone and Default
MM as well
