One for me Chris.

Make server graphics code check front preferences are valid fort current screen size.  Problem is caused by switching emulation in SS without clearing server preferences.

Fix commited to 10032 in trunk - will merge to 6.5 assuming this works for people.

No adverse effects reported on trunk.  Merged to 6.5 at r10113.
