they're a little hard to read in HALF of a window...

in all cases of home.html change:
[% IF link.value.match('^http') %]target="_new"[% END %]

to:
target="_new"

Dean who would be the right person to assign this to?  And I'm not sure whether Kevin or I set it to 'Future', but should it have a closer milestone?
