This is not true:

POWER OFF DAC
When Transporter is is powered off the digital-to-analog converter can be disabled.


The power off option turns off the whole audio output stage, dac, digital outs, xilinx, etc. Can you please reword it.

Sure:

POWER OFF OUTPUTS

When Transporter is turned off with the POWER button, the analog and  
digital outputs can be completely powered off.  This power down step  
may cause an audible click in the outputs.

Power off outputs
Leave outputs on
