Description Chris Owens 2006-09-07 11:37:06 UTC
If I create a playlist using the first broken ogg file from bug 3969, it no longer crashes the squeezebox, forcing a reboot. Yay!

However, now if I create a playlist containing the broken file:
1) it does not play the broken ogg file file and begins playing the next track
2) BUT it continues to display the broken ogg song information!

When the playing track ends, it begins playing the next track in the playlist, but displays the song info for the previous track. It continues displaying information for one-song-behind the current playing track.

This may well not be a firmware bug, but a server bug. However I thought I'd start with firmware since that's the reason I found it.

Great, maybe this is finally a reproducible case of bug 4019?

Ah your email interrupted my search for that bug to make the same comment. :)

Pretty sure there are some other bugs with the same issue but I can't find them at the moment.
