Presumably change 9396 breaks iTunes. It does successfully scan the library, but on next start crashes with the following message:

Can't call method "isMusicLibraryFileChanged" without a package or object reference at D:\slimpy/Plugins/iTunes/Plugin.pm line 76.

It didn't crash until I restarted it.
