I can't search for anything containing non-latin characters like "Tour�" or "F�r usszeschnigge" in the web interface. Searching for the "non accented" equivalent (possibly used in the sortkey)" like "Toure" or "Fur usszeschnigge" respectively does work, though. 

Possibly related to https://bugs-archive.lyrion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2475 ?

MySQL Version: 5.0.22-community-nt

(But reported in the german forum for 6.3.1, too)
