Revision 9397 causes Sliimserver to crasher

upon startup the log shows:

Can't call method "prefName" on an undefined value at:\6.5\server/Plugins/MoodLogic/Plugin.pm line 163.

actually, this ins't a blocker (yes, I realise it's pretty huge for you, but this is for developers).  this is a plugin.
also, the line of the crash has been around since 9169.

change 9400 and change 9401 should fix this.
