Please provide visual indicator in pandora listing inside SN that station is shared.

Motivation:
- It can occur that an extenal station (a 'shared station' that someone else made) has the same name. At present, you would not know which one is which.

- Shared stations have other restrictions/actions. The indication gives the user at least a clue as to why an action is/is not permitted.

This bug has been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeNetwork!
