Description Ross Levine 2006-09-01 17:21:20 UTC
Per Chris' request I installed SlimServer 6.3.1 on my mac and changed every preference setting from the default. Printed out the settings, and then downloaded and installed SlimServer 6.5b1 (9/1/06) and compared the preferences. Everything matched up perfectly except all the debugging and file types were lost.

Debugging settings don't persist so that's normal. Not sure about file type settings, I'd expect those to persist in the 'disabledformats' pref.

Ross, when you get a chance, could you try this test again and save your prefs files before and after?
Comment 3 Ross Levine 2006-09-07 18:33:32 UTC
I just tried it again and I'm unable to reproduce it! Perhaps we can chalk this up to an anomaly.

Hopefully it's not something we'll have to reopen after the 6.5 launch. :(
