Bug 2094 adds distinct button handling for the Transporter front panel, but does not have .repeat or .double events at this time.  They are not required for current function, but should be considered for future enhancement in order to complete the button modifier support that exists in previous IR handlers.

Recommending we punt this one post-6.5 as it doesn't seem like a requirement for operating slimserver.  Feel free to change if you feel it does deserve to be in 6.5

All new Squeezebox products are likely to be based on the SqueezePlay platform.
We do not plan to implement any further enhancements to the ip3k firmware or
which are targeted specifically at ip3k-based products.
