Moving through the setup menus can cause the power relays to switch. It would be better if the relays were only activated following setup, when using the digital inputs, or for the audio tests.

Hm, ideally we'd have this, but I'm concerned about edge cases that might cause silence.  Richard: what's your estimate on the difficulty/risk?

Implemented in transporter firwmare 9
