Description Dan Evans 2006-08-16 11:18:44 UTC
It seems many stations get a "WMA error" or just hang on "Connecting..." Examples:

-Sydney, AU
  * 2MM
  * 2MMM
  * Nova 96.9
  * The Edge 96.1
  * any ABC channel
-Stockholm, SE
  * any
-SF, US
  * most

You get the idea ... (those are the ones I've tested)

They play fine (mostly) in SqueezeNetwork.

This is probably just a 6.3 bug.

Tested in latest 6.5:

-Sydney, AU
  * 2MM <- works
  * 2MMM <- works
  * Nova 96.9 <- works
  * The Edge 96.1 <- works
  * any ABC channel <- all work
-Stockholm, SE
  * any <- works (didn't test all)
-SF, US
  * most <- works (didn't test all)

Andy,

I've tried 6.5 on XP and OS X, in both cases when I try to play Internet radio -> SD picks -> by city -> Sydney, AU -> 2MM or 2MMM... both of these stations lead to SlimServer crashing, on both XP and OS X.

Could you try this again please?
Comment 3 Dan Sully 2006-09-02 17:12:47 UTC
What's the crash error?
Comment 4 Ross Levine 2006-09-05 11:37:38 UTC
SlimServer Version: 6.5b1 9336 - Windows XP

Tested said stations and they all work, no more crashing. In other words, this doesn't seem to be a valid bug right now.
