The volume knob needs to tweak the knob parameters.  Dean says when he gets his player he will take a pass at this.

Knob needs to have smaller and more detents and not wrap around in volume setting mode, make sure that these parameters can be tweaked in any button mode/plugin.

This is fixed with the addition of the knobFlags mode param in change 9128
