also should show up on player settings in SlimServer and SqueezeNetwork.

I've added support for changing the s/pdif ports to send a word clock signal when in passthrough mode.

Makes a nice improvement in our measurements at high frequencies:

We will need a checkbox to enable this feature - since it needs to work in standalone mode also, I guess we should put something in the setup menu too.
