I've got a Squeezebox v3 running firmware v55.  My router is a Linksys BEFW11S4 v2 running 64-bit encryption.  The Squeezebox can connect to the network, but cannot find the DHCP server.  This happens using either wireless or a wired connection.  It happens regardless of whether encryption is turned on.

We've made some changes in recent firmware versions that should help DHCP issues.  Our support manager suggests, too, that you make sure the router is running the most recent firmware.

Could you give it another try?

This appears to be fixed.  Please reopen if it's not working with the latest 7.0 firmware.

This bug has recently been fixed in the latest release of SqueezeCenter 7.0.1

Please try that version, if you still see the error, then reopen this bug.
