I have a "folder.jpg" that displays fine in windows explorer
and all graphics editors that I have loaded it into.

However, slimserver doesn't display it.  I see a "X" placeholder for the missing artwork.

Oddly, that file is working fine for me in SlimServer Version: 6.5b1 - 8702 - Windows XP - EN - cp1252 

Is there anything notable in the logs?  Are there any other jpegs in that folder, or embedded in the music files?

or currput embedded art taking precedence over the folder.jpg?

also...does it display in single album or songinfo level? those are not the same as the gallery view.

I did have embedded .png artwork, but I removed it.

The album didn't display in single album or song info views.
And if I clicked on the image in song info to open it in full size (separate window),
I see text:

JFIF��C  !"$"$��C��,,"�� �ĵ}!1AQa"q2���#B��R��$3br� %&'()*

etc.

I found an alternative image on the internet and replaced folder.jpg.  This fixed the
thumbnail, but the album view/song info artwork was still failing.

However, I have now deleted my browser cache and the artwork
is currently okay in slimserver.
