Description Alex 2006-06-17 21:36:28 UTC
Clicking on the radio station detail, does not display the usuall play and add to playlist buttons. Only a radio station URL is displayed. Clicking on the URL launches a local client to play the station instead of the squeezebox.

This web interface does not seem right when compared to other interfaces in SS.

Pick's uses the XMLBrowser features, which are the same as Shoutcast, RadioIO and Live Music Archive.
I believe you'll find that all internet radio plugins included with slimserver 6.5 now have this same interface, some showing more details than others. The url link is just that, a url.

Might be possible to duplicate the play/add links from the level above. Actually, it seems that these links ARE in the templates, just not showing in the page for some reason. curious...

i seems the add/play links are only for the case of an "enclosure" in the xml.

Andy, is there a simple way to have these or similar ones set up for simple radio station streams?

Andy: is this a 6.5 specific issue or is it 6.3 too?

6.5 only, I will take a look and see what broke. I thought this was working when I originally wrote it.

I think the "enclosure" part is the problem. radioio, shoutcast, etc don't have enclosures at the streaminfo level.
when I removed that [% IF streaminfo.enclosure %] bit, it failed to work. I realised later that this was actually due to something at the remote end. The links WERE trying to connect as per the command for play or add.

It might just be ok to remove the wrapping [% IF %][% END %]
