Go to "Transporter Home", select "Browse" using the knob. You'll be at the Browse (1 of 7) menu. Press the browse button, the menu pushes in from the right again.

Then either:

Press the back button twice. You cannot get back to "Transporter Home"

or:

Move the knob, then press the back button. The top line still says "Browse" but the menu options are for "Transporter Home"

The navigation now appears to be fixed. Some display update issues remain, but that might be related to another bug so closing for now.
