The debug log refreshes every 30 seconds, making it hard to study anything
outside the tail-end window.  A 'pause refresh' button and/or adjustable refresh
rate would be helpful for those remote debug sessions when I can't just pipe the
log through a pager.

Moving bugs that won't be immediately fixed in 6.1 release. Please review and update if this is an error
