Just opening up a bug for this issue.  Possible firmware bug.  Firmware sends a decoder underrun even though the track appears to start buffering normally.  After this happens, the player must be rebooted before any more Rhapsody tracks will play.

Fixed in squeezebox firmware 55 that is now in test.
